Our custom developed File Tracking System manages the file flow in the transcription  system.  It manages the transfer & allotment of audio files from doctor to the transcriptionist, and the transcribed files from the system to the doctor.  It monitors the users accessing files flowing through the system, at the same time maintaining the transcription load at each level (transcriptionist/editor/QA) and system security.  The system also maintains logs for reporting transcription accuracy and turnaround time.
